1. Agreement
By creating an account or using the VisionLabs services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms form a binding contract between you (the "User") and VisionLabs ("we", "us", "our"). They are governed by Dutch law (see §13).
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You must provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date in your settings.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.
- Notify us promptly at info@visionlabs.studio if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One person may not maintain multiple free accounts to bypass plan limits.
3. The Service
VisionLabs provides a workspace and studio for brand-identity construction, including a chat with a swarm of AI design agents powered by Anthropic's Claude language model. The Service is provided as a software-as-a-service ("SaaS") accessible via visionlabs.studio.
We may add, modify or remove features over time. Material removals affecting paid features will be announced in advance.
4. Subscriptions, pricing & billing
- Free plan — 10 messages per calendar month, no charge, no credit card required.
- Pro plan — €19/month, 100 messages per calendar month, billed monthly via Stripe.
- All prices are in euros and inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT for EU business customers may be handled via the reverse-charge mechanism where applicable.
- Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your settings or by managing your subscription in the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro access until that date.
- Failed payments may result in your plan being downgraded to Free after a grace period.
5. Refunds & withdrawal
EU consumers' 14-day right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise the right, email info@visionlabs.studio.
Note: By starting to use the Service immediately, you may waive the 14-day withdrawal right for the digital content actually consumed (per art. 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive). We will make this explicit at checkout.
Outside the 14-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time to stop further charges.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes or to produce content that infringes intellectual property, defames others, or violates applicable law.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or copy the Service or any underlying model output for the purpose of training a competing service.
- Use the Service to generate content that violates Anthropic's usage policy, including hate speech, sexual content involving minors, instructions for weapons or cyberattacks, or harassment.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without prior written permission.
- Overload, disrupt or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
- Share or resell access to your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Intellectual property
Your content. You retain ownership of the briefs, prompts and design assets you create using the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display User Content solely to provide the Service to you.
AI-generated output. Subject to Anthropic's terms, you may use the AI-generated outputs commercially. You are responsible for ensuring the output is suitable for your intended use (e.g. trademark clearance, accessibility checks).
Our software. All rights in the VisionLabs platform, including software, design, trademarks and documentation, are owned by VisionLabs or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party services to operate, including but not limited to: Anthropic (AI model), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email) and Stripe (payments). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for outages or actions of those third parties beyond our reasonable control.
9. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) €100 or (b) the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g. for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your settings. Closing your account cancels any active subscription and permanently deletes your data (subject to the retention rules in our Privacy Policy).
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. We will notify you in advance where reasonably possible.
12. Changes to these terms
We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands — unless mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence designates another competent court.
